Updates and improvements to CustomerIQ

This week we shipped an update to Quinn's AI drafting capability to improve the quality and content of drafts across replies and follow-ups.
You should notice improved tone, style, and content of drafts moving forward. No action needed to get the update.

Now you can automatically redact any PII from transcripts created in CustomerIQ.
Helpful for financial services and industries where recording PII can be unnecessary liability, the PII Redaction option will replace any mention of things like account numbers, credit card information, and US social security numbers with "###."
For a full list of what's omitted when using this feature, review our help docs.
As a workspace admin, head to Settings > Compliance and toggle on the PII Redaction feature.
