Skills run directly from your inbox. They can trigger automatically based on the content of an email, or you can run them manually when you need them. Once triggered, they execute the full workflow digitally — including data entry, follow-ups, and document prep.

How long does it take to set up a Skill?

Most Skills can be scoped, built, and launched within 1–2 weeks. More complex workflows that integrate multiple systems may take longer.

What’s the difference between a Skill and a feature?

A feature is a core capability available to all Quinn users (e.g., drafting replies, categorizing emails). A Skill is a targeted workflow automation built specifically for your team’s needs.

Can Skills be customized for my business?

Yes. We build Skills tailored to your exact workflows, systems, and terminology. If it’s something your team currently does manually in a browser, spreadsheet, CRM, AMS, or other system — we can likely automate it.

How are Skills priced?

Skills use credits. Your workspace can purchase credit packs based on expected usage, with unlimited seat access. Custom Skills may have a one-time setup fee.

How do I request a new Skill?

Contact our team with your workflow idea. We’ll scope it with you, confirm feasibility, and give you a timeline and cost estimate. We currently have capacity to onboard 3 more teams this month.
