A task is an action the AI successfully completes. For example, if you upload a piece of long text and 100 insights are extracted, that is 100 tasks. If you discover themes across 50 insights, that is 50 tasks.
How many tasks do I need?
The number of tasks you need depends on what you're analyzing and how frequently you run analysis. Processing one review typically takes ~1 task while processing a 1-hour call typically takes ~200. Once you surpass 80% of your workspace threshold for the month we will notify you via email so you're aware of your usage. Our team is available to work with you and ensure you have the appropriate number of tasks allocated for your business.
What is a collaborator?
A collaborator is any user capable of making changes in your workspace. This includes editors of docs or admins within your workspace.
What is a viewer?
Viewers can view assets and docs with limited interaction. They cannot edit assets or make changes to docs.
What happens if I hit my task limit?
CustomerIQ will email you when you reach 80% of your task limit and when you reach your task limit. Once you've reached your limit, CustomerIQ will add additional tasks to your workspace according to the add-on pricing set in your billing plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer wish to use CustomerIQ, you may cancel at any time. You will receive a prorated credit with CustomerIQ for the remainder of that billing cycle.
