This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or for our legitimate business interests.

‍Facilitating Collaboration in a Workspace: We process your personal data to facilitate your participation in collaborative workspaces, based on our legitimate interests in providing these features to you and others in your organization.

‍Managing Workspaces for Organizations: We may share information about you and your workspaces with your organization based on our contractual obligations and legitimate interests in providing and managing these services.

‍Consent: In cases where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

‍Compliance with Legal Obligations: We may process your personal data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, such as maintaining records for tax and accounting purposes, or responding to valid legal requests.

‍De-identified and Aggregated Information Use: We may use de-identified and/or aggregated information that can no longer be reasonably linked to you or your device for research, internal analysis, and other legally permissible purposes. This type of information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

‍Workspaces Accessible by Other Users: When you submit information in a workspace that can be accessed by others, such information may be displayed to other users in the same or connected workspaces. For example, your information may be included in your docs or reminders in a workspace which can be viewed by other users collaborating with you in that workspace.

‍Organizational Workspaces: We allow organizations to access the profile information of users within their workspace, including to allow such organization to validate that such user is actually authorized by such organization to use the Services.

‍Disclosures to Protect Us or Others: We may access, preserve, and disclose any information we store in association with you to external parties if we, in good faith, believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (i) comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety; (iii) enforce our policies or contracts; (iv) collect amounts owed to us; or (v) assist with an investigation and prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity.

‍Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfer: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of some or all assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

At CustomerIQ, Inc, we may transfer, process, and store all information processed by us anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States or other countries that may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. At CustomerIQ, Inc, we respect your privacy and offer you choices about how we use and share your information.

Please note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested. ‍Mobile Devices: We may send you push notifications through our Apps. You may at any time opt out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device. With your consent, we may also collect precise location information if you use our Apps. You may opt out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.

CustomerIQ, Inc provides settings for you to update your preferences in our Services. These settings can be found in the footer of our website. 6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. These rights include:

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide you with our services. Upon cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your data for an additional 90 days to allow you to retrieve any necessary information or to comply with any legal obligations. After this 90-day period, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including backups, except where retention is required by law or necessary for resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or complying with other legal obligations.

Additionally, we may retain certain information for a longer period if necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as record-keeping requirements, or if otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. When we no longer need to use your information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will take steps to delete, destroy, or permanently de-identify your information, except as may be required by applicable laws. In some circumstances, we may anonymize your information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) to use it for statistical or research purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

We take the security of your information seriously and have implemented reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We also require our employees and third-party service providers to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information. By using our Services or providing us with your information, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the security of your information and that you provide your information at your own risk. 10. Children's Information

Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us as described below.

11. Supervisory Authority

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or other applicable jurisdiction, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your information violates applicable law. 12. Additional Information for California Residents

Requests to Delete

We will acknowledge the receipt of requests to know or requests to delete Personal Data free of charge, within ten (10) business days. In order to protect your privacy and the security of Personal Data, we may verify your request by asking you to provide additional Personal Data for us to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days of receipt, provided that we have been able to successfully verify your identity.

Sale of Personal Data

In the last 12 months, we have not sold Personal Data collected in and through the Service. Consequently, we do not have an opt-out functionality on the Site.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf.
