When you use our services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include your email address, first and last name, phone number, address, state, province, ZIP/postal code, and city. We may also collect cookies and usage data.
We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used, such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

At CustomerIQ, Inc, we use the information we collect for a variety of business purposes, including:
Providing the Services or Requested Information: We use your information to fulfill our contract with you, manage your information, process your payments, respond to your questions and requests, provide access to certain areas and features of our Services, and provide customer or technical support.
Marketing of Products and Services: In accordance with applicable legal requirements, we may use your information to tailor and provide you with content and advertisements. If you have any questions about our marketing practices or if you would like to opt-out of the use of your information for marketing purposes, you may contact us as set forth below.
Facilitating Collaboration in a Workspace: If you join a Workspace owned by another user or organization, or collaborate with other users on our Services, we may share basic information about you with the other users or organizations.
Managing Workspaces for Organizations: If you register a CustomerIQ account or associate an account with an email address provisioned by your organization, we may share information about you and any Workspaces owned or managed by you with your organization. Such information could include your name, email address, and profile picture, as well as the Workspace name, Workspace ID, membership size, creation date of your Workspace, email address, and content within your Workspace with your organization. If you do not use our Services in connection with your organization and you do not wish for this information to be shared with your organization, you may transfer your account to a different email address.
Consent: We may use personal information for other purposes that are clearly disclosed to you at the time you provide personal information or with your consent.
We may disclose your information to the following categories of third parties:
Service Providers: We may disclose information we collect about you to our third-party service providers. These service providers may include those that provide the Services, information, products, and other services you have requested, marketing and advertising, payment and transaction processing, customer service activities, the provision of IT and related services, and fraud prevention and user authentication.
Business Partners: At your request, we may provide information to business partners to provide you with a product or service of interest to you. We may also provide information to business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services.
Affiliates: We may disclose information to our affiliated entities, who are under common ownership and/or control with us.
Advertising Partners: We do not disclose or use your information to advertise any third-party products or services via our Services. However, we may disclose your information to third-party advertising partners to market our own Services and grow our Services' user base, such as to provide targeted marketing about our own Services via third-party services. Workspaces Accessible by Other Users: When you submit information in a workspace that can be accessed by others, such information may be displayed to other users in the same or connected workspaces. For example, your information may be included in your docs or reminders in a workspace which can be viewed by other users collaborating with you in that workspace.
Organizational Workspaces: We allow organizations to access the profile information of users within their workspace, including to allow such organization to validate that such user is actually authorized by such organization to use the Services.
Disclosures to Protect Us or Others: We may access, preserve, and disclose any information we store in association with you to external parties if we, in good faith, believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (i) comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety; (iii) enforce our policies or contracts; (iv) collect amounts owed to us; or (v) assist with an investigation and prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity.
Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfer: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of some or all assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.
At CustomerIQ, Inc, we may transfer, process, and store all information processed by us anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States or other countries that may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. When we engage in such transfers, we will take all necessary measures to safeguard your information in accordance with applicable laws.
At CustomerIQ, Inc, we respect your privacy and offer you choices about how we use and share your information.
General: You may have the right to object to or opt out of certain uses of your information. Where you have provided your consent for the processing of your information for a specific purpose, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us as described below. Please note that even if you opt out, we may still collect and use your information for other purposes that were not based on your consent.
Mobile Devices: We may send you push notifications through our Apps. You may at any time opt out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device. With your consent, we may also collect precise location information if you use our Apps. You may opt out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have certain privacy rights, including:
Access and Data Portability: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and, in some cases, to obtain a copy of that information in a portable format.
Correction and Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct or update your personal information if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Deletion and Erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law.
Object to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information for certain purposes, such as direct marketing or when our processing is based on our legitimate interests.

Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us as described below.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or other applicable jurisdiction, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your information violates applicable law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits the users of the Service who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Requests to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose:

- The categories of Personal Data sold or shared about you, as well as the categories of third parties to whom the Personal Data was sold, by category of Personal Data for each party to whom Personal Data was sold;

Delivery may take place electronically or by mail. We are not required to respond to requests relating to Personal Data more than twice in a 12-month period.
Requests to Delete
With certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we delete any Personal Data we have collected about you. Upon receiving a verified request to delete Personal Data about you, we will do so unless otherwise authorized by law.
We will acknowledge the receipt of requests to know or requests to delete Personal Data free of charge, within ten (10) business days. In order to protect your privacy and the security of Personal Data, we may verify your request by asking you to provide additional Personal Data for us to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days of receipt, provided that we have been able to successfully verify your identity.

Sale of Personal Data
In the last 12 months, we have not sold Personal Data collected in and through the Service. Consequently, we do not have an opt-out functionality on the Site.
The Right to Non-Discrimination
You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your California privacy rights.
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. You must provide an authorized agent written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us. Alternatively, an authorized agent that has been provided power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000-4465 may submit a request on your behalf.
