Introducing: Quinn, Your AI Sales Coordinator

CustomerIQ's AI sales coordinator is now named Quinn and available to all users.

This marks an important step for CustomerIQ as a platform for AI agents to help you expand your team's capacity by automating admin work.

Introducing: Quinn

Quinn can be deployed to any member of your team, from sales to customer success to management. Quinn helps:

  1. Organize your inbox
  2. Draft replies in your tone/style
  3. Take perfect meeting notes
  4. Automatically update any property in your CRM
  5. Draft post-meeting follow-up emails
  6. Draft follow-ups to threads where you expected a response and didn't get one

Uniquely, Quinn works right where you do: in your inbox (Gmail and Outlook), meeting platform (GMeet, MS Teams, Zoom) and CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Redfin, and more)

We have heard from early users that Quinn saves them at least 30 minutes per day, sometimes more, across these core functions.

Never miss a follow-up: The morning brief by Quinn

As you interact with contacts in your inbox, Quinn tracks whether or not we expect a reply. If you do expect a reply and don't get one, Quinn will draft follow-ups to keep the conversation alive.

This is perfect for people who manage a high volume of inquiries, send quotes, or generally don't want to let opportunities fall through the cracks.

Each morning Quinn will brief you on what follow-ups are ready and leave them drafted and categorized in the "Follow ups ready" label/category

Get started with Quinn

To get started using Quinn:

  1. If you haven't already, create a workspace in CustomerIQ
  2. Navigate to Settings > Personal Settings > Quinn
  3. Update your Gmail/Outlook connection to verify Quinn has the necessary scopes to help
