Today we're introducing Skills – specialized capabilities that expand what Quinn can do, tailored to the highest-value workflows in your business.

Each Skill is designed around a specific outcome and built with your company and customer context, so it works from day one and delivers measurable impact. Best of all, skills are triggered directly from email, so they effectively turn Quinn into a super assistant.

How it works

Skills can be called directly from email — either automatically when the right context is detected or manually by emailing Quinn.
Once triggered, they can handle virtually any workflow that can be completed digitally, from research and data entry to drafting documents and sending follow-ups.

Examples of Skills

Right now, Skills are purpose-built for each customer and vertical. A few examples:

  • Insurance – Renewal Risk Assessment
    Instantly reviews upcoming renewals, flags accounts at risk of churn, and drafts personalized outreach to retain them.
  • Insurance – COI Request Triage
    Detects incoming Certificate of Insurance requests, collects missing details from the requester, and routes them to the right person or system.
