Getting Started With the Knowledge Base

Start with our comprehensive setup guide: Knowledge Base Setup Guide

  1. Add your top 10-20 most common customer questions and approved responses
  2. Include your core product information and differentiators
  3. Upload your proven objection handling frameworks
  4. Use CustomerIQ's Views to identify what knowledge gaps need filling

Start with high-impact information your team references daily, then build continuously over time.

AI Coaching Now In Beta

You can now deploy AI coaching for any meeting/call type in CustomerIQ. With AI coaching, every meeting or call in CustomerIQ gets classified by type (ie. Discovery call, Closing Calls, etc.), then an AI coach will analyze and provide feedback to the rep based on call criteria and logic set by you.

By leveraging AI coaching you can scale revenue-winning strategies and provide helpful, constructive feedback seconds after a meeting call based on specific strategies and operating procedures of your team.

Getting Started With AI Coaching

While in beta, AI Coaching is available to all customers on the Plus Plan (using meeting recording.) You can find our guide to setting up AI Coaching here.

Customize Meeting Follow-Ups

You can now customize the style and structure of meeting follow-ups drafted by your assistant. With custom meeting follow-ups, admins can define exactly how follow-up emails should be formatted, ensuring every team member's post-meeting communication follows your company's preferred structure and tone.

With custom follow-ups, you control the template, messaging style, and key elements that get included - from agenda recaps to next steps formatting. Your AI assistants will generate follow-ups that match your brand voice and business standards, not generic templates.

Getting Started with Custom Meeting Follow-Ups

To customize your meeting follow-up format:

  1. As an admin, go to Settings > Email Assistant Settings
  2. Scroll to Meeting Follow-Up Prompt
  3. Adjust Guidelines, Style, and Content Rules
