NowCerts (Momentum) Integration

Now you can automate hours spent every day on NowCerts data entry. With the CustomerIQ +NowCerts integration you can automate:

  • Updating lead and customer records with email summaries
  • Updating lead and customer records with call summaries

This integration reduces the administrative burden for any customer facing employee by nearly 1 hour per day. All while maintaining your system of record with perfect notes for E&O coverage.

Dialpad Integration

CustomerIQ's conversation intelligence and CRM/AMS automation is now available to Dialpad users. Admins can connect Dialpad and automate data entry from any recorded call across your entire time.

To get started:

  2. Go to Apps & Integrations
  3. Connect Dialpad
