Salesforce Automation + Outlook Shared Inbox Support

CustomerIQ can now automate 100% of your team's Salesforce data entry.

After any meeting, email, call, or voice note, CustomerIQ's AI agent, Quinn, will update any property across contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

Salesforce automation: How it works

After any meeting, email, or voice note your AI sales coordinator, Quinn will:

  1. Update any property across contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  2. Draft a meeting follow-up email including relevant details from the conversation
  3. Place the draft directly in your Gmail or Outlook
  4. Automate all your follow-ups to contacts in your pipeline

Uniquely, CustomerIQ and Quinn update any property across the three objects.

And this is not another "Ask AI" feature - this happens completely automatically after any conversation - no user-intervention necessary.

We have heard from early users that Quinn saves each member up to an entire day per week on Salesforce data entry.

Getting started with Salesforce automation

Implementing CustomerIQ with your Salesforce instance to automate all your data entry takes less than 5 minutes.

To get started:

  1. Log in to your CustomerIQ workspace or create one here.
  2. Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations > Configure Salesforce
  3. Authenticate with Salesforce
  4. Once connected, scroll to the property configuration and select any property you want updated by Quinn.

It's that easy. No training, no workflows, no fuss. Just select what you want and start joining meetings.

Quinn for Outlook Shared Inbox

Quinn is now available within your team's shared inbox in Microsoft Outlook.

Many teams leverage Microsoft Outlook's Shared Inbox feature to manage everything from customer support to fulfilling sales quotes. These inboxes are notoriously high-volume and confusing.

Now you can integrate Quinn to automatically organize this inbox, draft replies using your team's collective knowledge, and never miss a follow-up with a prospect or customer.

To get started:

  • Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations > Shared Outlook Inbox
  • As an admin with full privileges, authenticate the shared inbox
  • Now you will have the same Quinn functionality as your person inbox, for your entire team.
