To our customers,

We are excited to announced that CustomerIQ has been acquired by Zocks. As a result, the CustomerIQ platform will be retired on December 1, 2026. We want to share what this next chapter means for you and help you prepare for the transition.

When we started CustomerIQ, we set out to eliminate the manual work that gets in the way of serving clients - turning conversations into notes, follow-up, and clean AMS records. That mission continues at Zocks.

By joining their team, we’re bringing more engineering resources, a broader support organization, an enterprise-ready platform, and deeper financial services expertise to everything we’ve been building with you.

We’ve already reached out individually about next steps. If you haven’t connected with us yet, or have questions about migrating to Zocks, please reach out to your account representative to book a meeting. Please complete any remaining transition steps before December 1.

Below are answers to common questions.

Will CustomerIQ keep working?

Your current CustomerIQ access and support will continue until the platform is retired on December 1, 2026. After that, the CustomerIQ platform will no longer be available.

What happens to our data?

Your data will continue to be protected during the transition. We’ll work with you directly on data, configuration, integrations, and workflow continuity as part of your migration. If you don’t plan to migrate to Zocks, please contact us before December 1 to discuss retrieving the data you need.

Will our pricing change?

As shared in our initial announcement, your current pricing and contract terms remain in place through your existing term. If your term extends beyond December 1, we’ll address how the platform retirement affects your subscription directly with you.

Will we need to sign a new contract or new terms?

Yes. Customers migrating to Zocks will transition to Zocks agreements. We’ll handle this directly with each customer as part of the migration process.

When will migration happen?

We’re coordinating migrations directly with customers ahead of the December 1 retirement. If you haven’t finalized your next steps, please book a meeting withy our account representative so we can discuss timing and what your team needs.

Will all CustomerIQ features move into Zocks?

Not every CustomerIQ feature maps one-for-one to Zocks. We’ll review the workflows your team relies on, explain what’s available, and discuss any gaps before your migration.

Who will support us in the meantime?

You can continue using your existing CustomerIQ support channels until the shutdown. As you transition to Zocks, we’ll connect you with its support and account management team.

Thank you for believing in CustomerIQ, giving us honest feedback, and letting us build alongside you. We’re grateful for your trust and excited about what this next chapter makes possible.

If you have questions about migrating to Zocks, or about data, integrations, billing, or any other next steps. Please reach out or contact us through your existing CustomerIQ support channels.
